Strength has no age limit. Our Legends Program is designed for adults 55 and older, or anyone new to fitness who may be cautious about jumping into traditional Group Classes. The goal? To build and maintain strength, mobility, and independence through safe, functional movement – and to challenge the idea that aging means slowing down. No experience required. No expectations to lift heavy on day one. Just expert coaching, smart progressions, and a welcoming community focused on helping you move – and live – better.
