What Is On-Ramp?
Our On-Ramp program consists of four one-on-one personal training sessions, each intentionally crafted to teach you the foundations of our training approach. During these sessions, you’ll work closely with one of our experienced coaches to:
- Learn the fundamental movements we use in our group classes
- Understand the why behind the programming
- Discuss your individual goals, movement history, and lifestyle habits
- Gain confidence in your ability to move well and progress safely

This isn’t just an orientation—it’s a relationship-building process. On-Ramp gives your coach the chance to really get to know you. We want to understand where you’re starting from, what obstacles you’ve faced, and where you want to go. That way, when you graduate into group classes, we’re all on the same page and can support you every step of the way.
