This isn’t your average speed camp.
Our program is designed to improve linear speed, lateral quickness, acceleration, reaction time, coordination, and injury resilience. Whether your athlete plays soccer, football, baseball, basketball, or lacrosse, these are the physical tools they need to stand out and perform.
Over the course of 8 weeks, athletes train under the expert eye of Dr. Griffin Love, a Performance and Rehab Specialist with a doctorate in physical therapy and a CSCS certification (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). Dr. Griffin brings a wealth of experience working with athletes across all levels — from middle schoolers to pros in the NFL and MLB.
